Director, Global Onboarding at Hapana

Rhonda Jenkins has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rhonda is currently working at Hapana as the Director of Global Onboarding since August 2022. Prior to this, they held several roles at Hapana, including Director of Account Management from July 2021 to September 2022, and Manager of Account Management from March 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Hapana, Rhonda worked at Cox Automotive Inc. as a Senior Dealer Success Consultant from November 2017 to March 2020. In this role, they were responsible for monthly forecasting, new business acquisition, revenue growth, and product penetration. Rhonda also managed contracts and accounts receivable while maintaining client relationships at both the c-suite and dealership level.

Prior to Cox Automotive Inc., Rhonda worked at Nexeo Solutions as the Manager of the Inside Sales Team from March 2016 to November 2017. Additionally, they held positions at Jonas Fitness, Inc., where they served as the Manager of Account Management from September 2015 to March 2016, and as a Strategic Account Manager from October 2013 to September 2015. In these roles, they successfully managed premium producing clients and exceeded corporate goals for revenue, profit, and customer retention.

Rhonda's earlier experiences include working as a Client Account Manager at Ohio Indemnity Company from February 2012 to October 2013, a Client Service Specialist at Ohio Indemnity from November 2005 to February 2012, and a Member Service Representative at State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio from 2000 to 2005. Rhonda began their career as an Account Manager at Allegiance Healthcare from 1996 to 2000.

Rhonda Jenkins completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University during the years 2007 to 2012. In addition, they obtained a certification in Sales Leadership from the University of Houston in January 2017.
