Chris Worley

Chris Worley has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Teacher in Middle Grades Special Education at Hapeville Charter Schools, where they developed adaptive lesson plans and worked with core subject teachers to implement accommodations for students with learning and behavioral needs. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources and School Nutrition, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, doubled the qualified teacher applicant pool, and provided guidance on employee issues and strategic planning. Since 2022, they have been working as the Director of Business Operations at Hapeville Charter Schools, where they manage daily operations and supervises a team of staff members in various departments. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, they served as an Assistant Camp Director at the Cherokee Outdoor Family YMCA, overseeing a large staff and managing programs.

Chris Worley holds a Bachelor's degree in History, which they obtained from Kennesaw State University from 2002 to 2007. Chris is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Furthermore, Chris Worley has obtained additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business in March 2023, a Georgia Charter Schools Financial Management certification from the Carl Vinson Institute of Government in February 2017, and a Professional in Human Resources certification from SHRM in June 2014.
