Chris Worley has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Teacher in Middle Grades Special Education at Hapeville Charter Schools, where they developed adaptive lesson plans and worked with core subject teachers to implement accommodations for students with learning and behavioral needs. In 2010, they were promoted to the role of Director of Human Resources and School Nutrition, where they developed and implemented HR strategies, doubled the qualified teacher applicant pool, and provided guidance on employee issues and strategic planning. Since 2022, they have been working as the Director of Business Operations at Hapeville Charter Schools, where they manage daily operations and supervises a team of staff members in various departments.
