Nikolai Balba is the Co-Founder at hapi, a company that provides software for guest-centric applications. Prior to hapi, Nikolai was the Vice President Guest Centric Solutions, Hospitality at Amadeus IT Group from November 2011 to March 2016. Nikolai was also the Co-Founder & CTO at Libra OnDemand from March 2008 to November 2011 and the Founder and CEO of Libra Hospitality from March 1998 to December 2008. Finally, Nikolai was the Deputy Managing Director at HRS (Hospitality & Retail Systems) from January 1992 to December 1998.
