Anita Rohner

Anita Rohner is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Hapimag, where Anita has established company-wide learning and development structures and integrated an AI-driven Learning Management System. Prior to this role, Anita worked at Klarna as a Trainer in Customer Service, creating and implementing a comprehensive Train-The-Trainer program. Previous experience includes project management roles at the Institute for European Politics focusing on educational activities for Ukrainian leaders, and serving as a Press Coordinator for an Election Observation Mission in Ukraine with Silba. Anita also held positions at UNHCR, where evaluations of donor-funded projects were conducted, and gained teaching experience as an interim secondary school teacher. Anita's educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen and several exchange semesters focused on international affairs and law.
