Jacqueline Pedroza

Jacqueline Pedroza has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as a Financial Center Manager at HAPO Community Credit Union since May 2010. In this role, Jacqueline leads a team focused on member needs and fostering growth. Previous positions at HAPO include Assistant Financial Center Manager and Financial Service Specialist, where Jacqueline excelled in team management and sales performance, respectively. Prior to HAPO, Jacqueline worked at Moneytree as an Assistant Manager and Vault Teller, where responsibilities included auditing and handling large cash volumes. Jacqueline holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Yakima Valley College, completed in 2022.
