Ashutosh Sharma is an experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Happay since April 2017, Ashutosh leads a diverse engineering team across multiple product verticals while previously holding roles such as Engineering Manager and Team Lead. In April 2016, Ashutosh co-founded Workzie, which was acquired by Happay, and has a solid foundation in backend engineering and SaaS solutions from prior positions at Stayzilla and Crenovation. Ashutosh's educational credentials include a B.E (Hons.) and M.Sc (Hons.) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, complemented by leadership roles in university initiatives and various internships, showcasing a strong commitment to innovation and operational excellence in technology.
