Sreejith Mannattil

Sreejith Mannattil serves as the Head of People at Happay since August 2022, leading multiple critical functions such as Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, Talent Management, Rewards, Shared Services, and Communications. Previously, Sreejith held the position of HR Leader for Flipkart Wholesale, where efforts focused on integrating Walmart India into Flipkart Group from a people perspective. Sreejith's extensive experience at Flipkart spanned over a decade, including roles such as Associate Director of Human Resources, where leadership was provided for various business functions, and management of HR initiatives aimed at culture transformation and talent development. Early career experience was gained as an HR Assistant at AV Telehub. Sreejith holds an MBA in Human Resources and Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication.
