Scott Anthony Barlow

Scott Anthony Barlow has a diverse work experience. Scott Anthony started their career in 2003 as a General Manager/Regional Supervisor and Franchise Owner/Manager for College Pro. In 2006, they were an Executive Leader-Human Resources at Target, where they were responsible for recruiting, development, retention, and compliance activities. From 2010-2012, they were the Workforce Readiness Director for the Adams Grant Human Resource Association and the Columbia Basin Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, they were the Human Resources Manager at ConAgra Foods from 2010-2016. From 2012-2016, they were the Founder, CEO, and Podcast Host of Happen to Your Career. Lastly, they were the Chief Explorer (Co-Founder and CEO) of Family Passport from 2016-present.

Scott Anthony Barlow received their Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and General Management from Eastern Washington University in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS from Spokane Falls Community College in 2002.
