Sharissa (Sebastian) Deppen, MBA, CPC, PCC, MBTI, MSc has an extensive work experience in leadership coaching and speaking engagements. Sharissa is the CEO of Leadership Mastery Alliance, where they provide corporate leaders and executives with clarity, proven strategies, and accountability for personal and professional growth. Sharissa (Sebastian) Deppen has a diverse education history that includes several certifications and degrees. In 2001, Sharissa obtained a Bachelor of Science (IT) degree from Multimedia University. Following this, they attended the University of Maryland and obtained a Master of Science degree in Technology Management between 2004 and 2006. In 2006, they further pursued education at the University of Maryland and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2008.

Sharissa also gained professional coaching certifications. Sharissa attended the iPEC - Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching and became a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). Sharissa also acquired an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) certification from iPEC Coaching in 2014.
