Jessica Gonzalez

Jessica Gonzalez is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Happen Ventures, Jessica directs a women-led, LatinX-founded enterprise focused on creating sustainable connections between businesses and communities. Jessica also serves as Chairman of InCharged, a successful retail phone charging kiosk company, and Experience VendX, a socially powered vending machine venture. In addition to these roles, Jessica has contributed as a board member for the New Jersey Business & Industry Association and Governor Murphy’s Restart and Recover Commission. Educational credentials include advanced studies at Harvard Business School and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, supplemented by degrees from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
