Martina Žagar

Martina Žagar has been working as the Head of People Development at Happening since May 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Happening from March 2019 to May 2023. Before joining Happening, Martina was the HR Coordinator at Happening from October 2017 to March 2019. Martina also worked as an HR Specialist at IN2 Group from February 2017 to October 2017. Martina has experience as a Recruitment Consultant at SmartFlex Croatia from October 2015 to February 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Tokić Ltd from May 2015 to October 2015 and served as the Human Resources Manager at Studentski.hr from October 2014 to October 2015.

Martina Žagar's education history begins with their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, which they obtained from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb/Sveuciliste u Zagrebu, completing it from 2012 to 2015. In 2017, they attended the Institute of Management, where they studied Human Resources Management.

In addition to their formal education, Martina Žagar has also obtained additional certifications. In May 2023, they earned an Integrative Constructivist Coaching Diploma (ICCD) from Koučing Centar, and in July 2021, they became an Agile HR Certified Practitioner through the Agile HR Community.
