Tihana Pećirko Vrdoljak

Tihana Pećirko Vrdoljak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in design and leadership positions.

Tihana began their career in 2011 as a Graphic Designer at Blok4, where they worked on various design projects and contributed to the company's achievements, including winning international awards and being featured in magazines and national TV.

In 2012, they joined Neuralab as a Graphic and Web Designer, where they collaborated closely with other designers, copywriters, and developers to design and implement websites, mobile and web applications, and advertising campaigns for clients such as Vip, P&G, and Algebra učilište.

Tihana also worked as a Graphic and Interaction Designer at Transmeet.Tv, Neuralab's brand, where they contributed to the production of over 300 videos, ranging from music videos and documentaries to corporate videos and commercials.

In 2014, Tihana joined Dibs! as a Lead UX/UI Designer, where they worked on digital projects for clients worldwide while being based in Zagreb.

Tihana then served as an Assistant Lecturer at Visoko učilište Algebra from 2016 to 2018, sharing their expertise in design.

Tihana joined Axilis in 2019 and held multiple roles. As a UX/UI Designer, they led the design and delivery of new product features for the Audubon App, focusing on constantly improving the user experience. Later, as a Product Design Team Lead, they managed a team of 11 product designers, prioritizing self-learning, sharing, and collaboration while ensuring team members achieved personal goals and contributed to overall team objectives.

Currently, in 2022, Tihana continues their role as the Product Design Team Lead, now under the new brand name Happening, which is a continuation of their work in Axilis.

Tihana Pećirko Vrdoljak obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication from the Zagreb School of Design, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Visual communication from the same institution, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Tihana has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they received the Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge. In 2012, they completed the Lauba Volunteer Program at Lauba and obtained a certification in Design: Creation of Artifacts in Society from Coursera. In 2013, Tihana became a certified Tour Leader through Atlas d.d. Tihana further enhanced their skills by obtaining a certification in Gamification from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014.
