Randy Harken has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Randy began their career as an Electronic Technician in the United States Marine Corps, where they were responsible for repairing and calibrating missile systems and electronic test equipment.
After leaving the military, Randy worked as a Regional Business Development Manager for Oncology Therapeutics Network. Randy then moved on to become the National Sales Director for National Oncology Alliance, where they managed a team, drove contract sales, and implemented best practices.
Following that, Randy joined McKesson Specialty Health, US Oncology Network as a Business Development Director, where they were responsible for growing the practice acquisition and management business.
Randy then served as the Vice President of Business Development at SIENA HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, LLC before joining Avante Health Solutions as the Director of Business Development.
Most recently, Randy has been involved in the healthcare industry. Randy co-owned Happier Home Care, a start-up home care business, where they were responsible for leading operations, staffing, and sales. Randy developed strategic partnerships with referral sources and specialized in fall risk prevention and dementia care.
Currently, Randy is the Director of Business Development at Ob Hospitalist Group, where they are involved in developing and managing in-house OB/GYN hospitalist programs to improve women's healthcare.
Throughout their career, Randy has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive business growth and foster strategic partnerships.
Randy Harken has obtained a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) certification from the Society of Certified Senior Advisors in October 2023. In terms of education history, they completed a Home Care Sales degree from Powershot Training Inc. in 2016. In addition, they have received training in various fields including mastering the complex sale from Prime Resource Group in 2010, engage sales training from Prime Resource Group in 2006, total cost of ownership from Gartner Group in 1999, sales management training from the American Management Association in 1996, and professional selling from Xerox in 1994.
