Currently employed at Happier Living since August 2021, Karina previously worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor at MeMD and held positions that included Treatment Specialist at The Open Door and Intake Specialist at Community Guidance Center. Experience includes crisis intervention, psychosocial assessments, and maintaining comprehensive case management for a diverse population. Karina utilizes various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and has a strong educational foundation with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Seton Hill University.
