Tierra Douglas has extensive work experience in strategy, process management, and operations. From February 2014 to September 2021, they worked at Happier Living and HardLoop, where they held roles as the Director of Operations and later as the VP of Strategy & Process Management. Prior to this, they worked at ASUCD from September 2010 to December 2013 as the Front of House Student Manager at the ASUCD Coffee House.
Tierra Douglas attended San Jacinto High School from 2005 to 2009. After completing high school, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Mt. San Jacinto College from 2007 to 2009. Tierra then transferred to the University of California, Davis, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Development from 2009 to 2013.
