Fran Gallagher

Director of Public Health Programs at Happiest Baby

Fran Gallagher has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Fran began their career in 1989 as a Project Assistant for the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Retardation, and Substance Abuse. From 1990 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Project Coordinator for Child Development Resources, followed by a role as National Outreach Director for Wingspan LLC. In 2000, they took on the role of Curriculum Specialist/Project Co-Director and VCU Adjunct Faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University, where they supervised a six classroom, early childhood educational setting and secured federal funding. From 2002 to 2019, they worked as Executive Director of Medical Home Plus, Inc., and from 2019 to 2021, they worked as Senior Consultant for Gallagher Consulting, LLC. In 2020, they took on roles as Pediatric Health & Early Childhood Education Consultant for DotCom Therapy and Senior Director, Clinical Adoption for Cognoa. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Public Health Programs and Pediatric Heath and Early Childhood Education Consultant for Happiest Baby (the maker of SNOO).

Fran Gallagher obtained a Masters of Education in Early Childhood Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech-Language Pathology/Pathologist from James Madison University between 1979 and 1983.
