Preeti Menon

Preeti Menon is the SVP & Global Delivery Head for the Product Engineering Services (PES) at Happiest Minds. Preeti has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on product development, project management, and quality assurance.

Preeti began their career in September 2005 as a Technical Director at AOL India. In this role, they were responsible for development, QA, and Project Management of Entertainment and Rich Media properties. During their six years at AOL, they managed teams of 126 employees (at peak) down to 25 employees. Preeti was also responsible for setting up QA best practices and guidelines for AOL India.

In June 2011, Preeti left AOL to join Happiest Minds as Head of Product Engineering Services. In this role, they are responsible for PES delivery, sales support, and product management. Preeti also manages technical teams and grooms product line managers and individuals to excel in areas that add value to the product. Preeti has a good understanding of the Agile Methodology and Scrum practices, and they are always looking for ways to improve efficiency and quality.

Preeti Menon has a degree in management from the Indian School of Business, a degree in computer science and information technology from the National Institute of Information Technology, and a degree in physics from St. Xavier's College. Preeti also has a certification from LinkedIn in Lean Technology Strategy: Building High-Performing Teams.

Preeti Menon reports to Ashok Soota, Executive Chairman. They work with Ajay Agrawal - Senior Vice President & Head of CoE, AI/Analytics, Venkatraman Narayanan - Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer, and Raja Sekhar - Executive Vice President & Head – Engineering & Business Excellence.
