He is a seasoned professional in leading digital adoption initiatives, leveraging niche technology platforms, driving large-scale digital transformation programs, fostering partnerships, building teams, and thought leadership. In his previous role at MindTree Ltd., Ramu led the onshore and offshore delivery management of significant programs for Fortune 500 companies in North America and Europe. Ramu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from NSS College of Engineering, Palakkad, Kerala.
