Michael Ridder

Michael Ridder is a Senior Customer Service Specialist at MassMutual Ascend. Previously, Michael worked as a Brand Ambassador at Happiness Project and as a Server at Patterson's Cafe. In addition, Michael has experience as an Occupational Accident Claims Intern at Great American Insurance Group, a Community Relations Intern at FC Cincinnati, and as an Auto Title Division Intern at Hamilton County Clerk of Courts. Michael participated in the Cincinnati Immersion Program and earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Miami University.
