Rodrigo Padilla

Rodrigo Padilla has held a variety of positions in the business and education sectors. In 1999, they began their career as a Promoción at Universidad Panamericana. In 2003, they took on the role of Educational Consultant & Entrepreneurship Teacher Assistant at the same institution. In 2009, they became an Entrepreneurship Professor at Universidad Panamericana, and also Co-Founded Folgom, a Business Social Network. In 2011, they were appointed Local Director of the Founder Institute. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of CIADE (Innovation State System) at the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology Jalisco State Government, Mexico. From 2015 to 2016, they held the role of Shareholder at Xquest360. Finally, they are currently the CEO of HAPPINSS.

Rodrigo Padilla began their educational journey in 1985 at Liceo del Valle, and continued their studies at Universidad Panamericana from 1998 to 2002. Rodrigo then attended IEDGE. The European Business School from 2009 to 2010, where they earned their Master in Business Administration. In 2011 they returned to IEDGE- The European Business School to obtain their Especialidad in Marketing Interactivo y Publicidad Digital. In 2015, they earned a Diploma program from DBI in Design Thinking. In 2017, they obtained a MBCT from Contemplative Studies in Mindfulness. In 2018, they earned a Kindfulness from Estudios Contemplativos, as well as a MBSR from Raíz Neurociencia Contemplativa in Mindfulness. In 2020, they earned Certificates from University of California, Berkeley in The Science of Happiness, as well as from Happiitude & World Happiness Academy in The Science of Happiness.
