Thomas Roulet

Thomas Roulet is a Professor of Organisational Sociology & Leadership at the University of Cambridge, serving as a full professor at the Cambridge Judge Business School and a college affiliate in the Department of Sociology. Thomas also holds the position of Associate Professor in Organisation Theory at the same institution and is a Fellow at both the Academy of Social Sciences and King's College, Cambridge, where Thomas co-directs the King's Entrepreneurship Lab. In addition to these roles, Thomas is recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and serves as a strategic and scientific adviser for Happioh Inc. Thomas contributes to Forbes and has held editorial responsibilities as co-editor in chief for M@n@gement, an open access journal focusing on strategic management. Educational credentials include a PhD and MA equivalent from HEC Paris, along with degrees from the University of Cambridge, Columbia Business School, Sciences Po, and Audencia, among others.
