Anne Laraway began their work experience in 2004 as a Financial Analyst II at General Mills. Anne then joined Unilever in 2009 as an Associate Brand Manager, where they held various responsibilities including daily operations, market activation, and category analysis. In 2010, they became an Associate Brand Manager at Unilever, focusing on the Knorr Sides brand, and successfully implementing market activation strategies that led to significant share growth. In 2011, they joined Metropolitan Lighthouse Charter School as the Board Chair, a position they held until 2017. In 2012, they became the Director of Marketing & Business Development at Happy Family Brands, and later moved up to the role of SVP of Innovation & Business Development. Currently, they serve as the CEO/General Manager at Happy Family Brands.

Anne Laraway completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Management from the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Columbia Business School, specializing in Marketing and Strategy, from 2008 to 2010.
