Account Manager Wholesale at Happy Ocean Foods

Fabian Göpfert has held various roles in the food and hospitality industry since 2018. In that year, they began a dual student program at the Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, and also took on a Management Trainee role at the Parkhotel Egerner Höfe and a Chef de Partie role at the Restaurant Residenz Heinz Winkler. In 2021, they began working as an Autor at GeraNova Bruckmann Verlagshaus and a Gastgeber at Haus im Tal. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Account Manager Wholesale and Sales Manager & Representativ at Happy Ocean Foods, a company that develops tasty and healthy alternatives to seafood.

Fabian Göpfert completed their Abitur at Gymnasium Ottobrunn from 2007 to 2015. Fabian then completed an apprenticeship as a chef at Staatl. Berufsschule München-Land München from 2016 to 2018, for which they received a Koch certificate from IHK für München und Oberbayern in January 2018. In February 2021, they obtained an Ausbilder Zertifikat (AdA) nach der Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung from IHK Akademie Schwaben. In September 2020, they received a Junior Sommelier certificate from the INTERNATIONAL WINE INSTITUTE, and in October 2020, they obtained a WSET 2 Sommelier certificate from WSET — Wine & Spirit Education Trust. Fabian Göpfert is currently pursuing a Bachelor in Hotel und Gastronomie Management at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2018 to 2021.
