Julia Fairchild

Julia Fairchild has served as the Kitchen Manager at Happy + Hale since April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as Food and Service Manager at Chapels Catering from April 2018 to August 2018 and Float Teller at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust from June 2017 to April 2018. Between July 2013 and August 2016, Julia held the position of Dining Room Manager at Genesee Valley Club. Julia's educational background includes a Culinary Certification from Ballymaloe Cookery School in 2009 and a NY Regents Diploma from School Without Walls, obtained between 2004 and 2007, with earlier education at Nazareth Academy from 2002 to 2004.
