Laura Perdomo

Laura Perdomo is the Vice President of Location Operations & Partnerships at Happy Returns, a UPS Company, since November 2023, previously serving as the Senior Manager of Return Bar Operations. At PayPal from January 2022 to November 2023, Laura was responsible for establishing a dedicated team for performance management and loss-reduction within the Return Bar network of nearly 10,000 locations. Additionally, Laura's tenure at Happy Returns included a role as Project Manager for Continuous Improvement, where operational infrastructure was enhanced across various business areas, including the implementation of loss measurement mechanisms.
