Nicole Scavone

Nicole Scavone currently serves as Manager of AI & Automation at Happy Returns, a UPS Company, since April 2024, overseeing initiatives related to integrating AI and automation into operations. Previously, Scavone held several roles at McMaster-Carr from July 2019 to April 2024, including Corporate Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included executing project timelines and leveraging data analysis to improve operational efficiency. Additional experience encompasses positions as Strategy and Operations Supervisor and Management Trainee at McMaster-Carr, as well as a Course Assistant for UCLA Anderson School of Management. Scavone has also contributed as a Grader and Nanofabrication Technical Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University and completed internships at GE Transportation and Rutgers University.
