Monita Sun

Monita Sun has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Monita is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Happy Tummy Asia, a position they have held since January 2019. In this role, they oversee the company's operations and strategic direction.

In 2021, Monita also became an Executive Member at Dreamers & Doers®, where they contribute their expertise and insights.

Prior to their current roles, Monita worked at NATURALLY DELICIOUS from August 2018 to July 2019 as part of the Production and Office Team. Monita managed catering client deal flows, assisted in the cooking and production of dishes, and handled purchasing, inventory, and production tasks.

From August 2015 to August 2018, Monita served as the Country Manager, China for Top Scholars. During their time there, they successfully launched country sales in China, doubled sales year on year, and implemented training programs for representatives across the country. Monita also prioritized providing excellent customer service.

Monita's earlier experience includes working as the Top Universities Program Director at ULink College - Guangzhou from August 2014 to July 2016. In this role, they directed the Top Universities Program, focusing on college and career planning for students aiming for highly selective universities. Monita collaborated with management to develop and implement best practices in school counseling.

Through their various roles, Monita has demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Monita Sun has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their undergraduate studies at Shanghai Normal University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering. Monita continued their education at the University of Dayton and completed their Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 2011. During their time at the University of Dayton, Monita also obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in School Counseling, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, Monita attended Harvard University for a Certificate Program in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.
