Mª Carmen Lacuesta Sobrino currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and People and Culture Manager at Happÿdonia since April 2020. Prior to this role, Mª Carmen worked as the Human Resources Director at AUTO RECAMBIOS SEGORBE from August 2012 to April 2020. Mª Carmen also held the position of HR Development at Grupo Royo for nearly a year and was responsible for human resources development at RNB, SL. Mª Carmen's academic qualifications include a degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia and a Master’s in Human Resources Management from ABC Consulting SL.
