Teresa Lacerda

Teresa Lacerda is an experienced professional in the field of design and user experience, currently serving as the Head of UX at Happyfact since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing user experience initiatives and visual design projects. Prior to this role, Teresa contributed as a Designer and Production Assistant for the Digital Influencers Festival, VidYou, in 2017, focusing on the design of promotional materials and managing production teams. Educational achievements include a Licenciatura in Design e Comunicação Visual from Escola Superior de Artes e Design, a SQUAD program in IDEO & Design Thinking for UX Design from Porto Design Factory, and ongoing studies in Informatics at Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade do Porto.
