Kristian Williams

Kristian Williams is an experienced professional in the field of research and UX design, currently serving as the Founder and Director of drifter co since January 2025. In addition to this role, Kristian works as a Freelance Researcher for Bolt freelance, Head of UX Research at Protocol Theory, and UXR Lead at Apparent. Previously, Kristian held the position of Account Director at TRA, Design Research Manager at ANZ, and various roles including Research Director and Senior Research Manager at Potentiate. Kristian's career began at Colmar Brunton, where multiple positions were held, including Account Manager and Project Manager. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Behavioural Science (Honours) from Flinders University and a Bachelor's degree in Science (Psychology & Psychophysiology) from Swinburne University of Technology.
