Amit Tikku has over 17 years of work experience. Amit began their career in 2004 as a Sr. Team Lead at HCL Technologies LTD. In 2013, they joined Samsung India, where they held the roles of Customer Experience Manager, Customer Service Manager, Assistant Manager, and Customer Experience Manager. In 2021, they moved to HAPPY - A Digital Lending Fintech, where they currently serve as the Lead Customer Service and Support.

Amit Tikku completed their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Kendriya Vidyalaya between 1997 and 1999. Amit then went on to obtain a B Com Pass from Delhi University between 1999 and 2002. Amit furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Introduction to Digital Marketing from Great Learning in September 2021, Data Visualization through Tableau from Great Learning in July 2021, and The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage in July 2021.
