Heikki Väänänen

Heikki Väänänen is the Founder & EVP of Growth at HappyOrNot. Prior to this, they were the Chairman of the board at Optinet Oy, a company that designs membership management- and web services for associations, unions and sports federations. Väänänen was also responsible for steering finance and operations, scaling revenue, business insights, strategy work and growth development at THQ Inc. from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they have been an Invited Member of the NG – Young Executives Team since 2009 and a CEO and Partner at Universomo Ltd from 2005 to 2007.

Heikki Väänänen completed a Master of Science in International Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science in Economics from Tampere University of Technology in Finland from 1965-2018.
