Brooke Adair

Brooke Adair currently serves as VP of Sales at HappyRobot since November 2025. Prior to this role, Brooke worked at Ironclad from September 2019 to November 2025, holding various positions including GM of Sales and AVP of Sales, achieving significant accolades such as FY25 President’s Club and FY24 Leadership Excellence Award. Brooke’s career at Ironclad saw impressive quota attainments and leadership in sales across multiple segments, contributing to the democratization of AI contracting globally. Before Ironclad, Brooke had a successful tenure at InVision in sales roles that involved strategic account development, recognized with multiple President’s Club awards. Earlier professional experiences include positions at UserTesting, Citrix, and Active Life Scientific, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from UC Santa Barbara.
