Lisa Elasrirelation

Lisa Elasrirelation is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a robust background in SaaS solutions and client management. Currently at Careside since December 2021, Lisa specializes in client deployment and ongoing support, coordinating internal teams and tracking performance metrics. Previously at FREE NOW from October 2018 to December 2021, Lisa managed a client portfolio, analyzed data, and played a key operational role in marketing, including the migration of Kapten to FREE NOW. Lisa’s experience also includes a role at Spring France as Chargée de mission Commerce, where expertise in Salesforce and Marketo was utilized. Additionally, experience at Thales as Assistant Chef de projet involved overseeing project management processes. Lisa holds a Master Grande Ecole from MBS School of Business and participated in an exchange program at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
