Archi Bhardwaj is a Senior Manager in Product and Partner Marketing at Interakt, where contributions focus on enabling SMBs, D2C, and E-commerce brands to engage customers via WhatsApp since July 2021. Prior to this role, Archi held various positions at Unicommerce, including Product Marketing Manager, Lead Marketing for Product and Alliances, and Senior Marketing Associate, from March 2015 to July 2021. Archi began a professional career in customer success as a Senior Executive and holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vidya College of Engineering, completed in 2015.
