Brody Shemansky

Broderick Shemansky is an experienced professional in the fields of industrial real estate and fitness, currently serving as an Industrial Real Estate Broker at Cushman & Wakefield since January 2020. In addition, Broderick is the Owner of HARA FLOW, a venture founded in April 2018. Previously, Broderick founded Salus Zone Fitness, focusing on comprehensive healthy lifestyle modifications from April 2016 to March 2019. Broderick's career also includes roles such as Head of Business Development at MYOBLOX® and a Personal Trainer at EXOS, working with Google employees. With a background that began as a Boxing Coach at TITLE Boxing Club and a Personal Trainer at the University of Iowa Recreational Center, Broderick possesses extensive expertise in fitness and wellness. Broderick earned an MBA from Loyola Marymount University and Santa Clara University, following a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Iowa.
