Currently serving as President/CEO at Harald Ind. e Com. de Alimentos Ltda since April 2019, Sergio previously held roles including Interim Officer and President Taste for LATAM at Kerry Group. As the Owner of SETUP Ouvidoria & Soluções since January 2010, Sergio specializes in people development, mentoring, and B2B strategy. With a strong foundation in sales and marketing, Sergio has also contributed to several notable organizations including IFF, Firmenich, Bush Boake Allen, Quest International, and Unilever in various leadership positions. An alumnus of Universidade Estadual de Campinas with a degree in Food Science, Sergio has furthered education with certifications in coaching and organizational management.
