Currently serving as Faculty at Harappa and Founder and CEO of Feroza & Co since March 2020, Feroza specializes in facilitating high-energy workshops and fostering coaching cultures within organizations. Past roles include Practice Head at Jombay, Senior Manager of Leadership Development at Target, and Consultant at Dale Carnegie Training India, where Feroza developed training programs for prestigious clients such as JP Morgan and Novartis.
