Robert M. Spiller

Mr. Spiller joined Harbert Management Corporation in 2015 as the Company’s Controller. In 2021, Mr. Spiller became the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. As Chief Administrative Officer, he provides oversight to Fund Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and Investor Reporting. Mr. Spiller has over 16 years of professional experience as a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to joining HMC, he was senior manager at PwC, where he provided assurance services to clients in the healthcare and insurance industries. Mr. Spiller received Masters and BS in Accounting from University of Alabama-Birmingham. Mr. Spiller is the current president of Board of Directors for HERO Foundation (Harbert Employees Reaching Out).
