Colin Lay

Colin Lay is an experienced professional currently serving as the National Grants & Incentives Manager at Harbinger since June 2025, specializing in networking and grant coordination. Previously, Colin worked at Kenworth Truck Co. from February 2022 to March 2025 as a ZEV Grant Writer & Technical Advisor, leading the ZEV incentive strategy and securing over $39 million in grant funding to promote electric vehicle sales. Additionally, Colin held roles as a Sales Application Engineer at Kenworth Truck Co., Customer Assurance Engineer at HP, Adult Ski Instructor at Big Sky Resort, and Application Engineer at Altra Industrial Motion. Colin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Spanish from Michigan Technological University between January 2013 and January 2016.
