Erika Cottrell has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Erika started their career as a VP of Marketing and HR at Tully's Coffee in 2001. Erika then worked at Front Porch Classics, where they served as the Director of Finance, VP of Finance & Operations, and Vice President - General Manager.

In 2007, Erika joined Sababa Toys / Front Porch Classics as the Head of Operations/Finance & President of FPC. Erika later moved on to Monterey Gourmet Foods, where they served as the VP of Innovation. During their time there, they provided strategic direction and leadership to a team of marketing professionals, developed an innovation pipeline, and managed the transition activities resulting from acquisition.

From 2011 to 2014, Erika worked at Sahale Snacks, first as the VP Marketing and later as the VP Marketing + Operations. Erika developed and led the Operations team, delivered oversight and strategic direction across branding and marketing, and exceeded annual brand financial goals.

Erika then joined The J.M. Smucker Company in 2014, where they held various roles including Director of Marketing for Sahale Snacks, Vice President, Marketing - Consumer Foods Division, and General Manager - Sahale Snacks. Erika provided strategic leadership for multiple trusted brands and was recognized for their engagement and fast adoption in a period of intense change.

In 2020, Erika joined The Middleby Corporation as the General Manager - Coffee Solutions Group. Erika consolidated multiple locations and brands, created a strategic plan for business transformation, and effectively managed through the challenges of the pandemic.

Prior to their current role, Erika worked at Harbor Wholesale as the Vice President Marketing, overseeing marketing, branding, communication, graphics, and events for the Business Unit. Erika then transitioned to Harbor Foods as the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for managing all aspects of the company's brand strategy, marketing, communications, graphic design, and corporate events.

Throughout their career, Erika has shown a strong track record of driving growth, managing teams, and delivering results.

Erika Cottrell holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing from the University of Washington. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Digital Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2021.
