Katie Hughes has extensive experience in procurement and buying roles in the foodservice industry. Katie currently holds the position of Procurement Specialist at Harbor Foodservice, focusing on dairy, seafood, and perishables. Prior to this, Katie worked at Food Services of America for over a decade, specializing in dairy, perishables, and meat commodities. Katie studied Nutrition, Food Science, and Dietetics at Central Washington University.
