Dan Coloman

Dan Coloman has extensive experience in retail operations, having worked at Harbor Freight Tools since November 2008, where currently serves as a New Store Operations Specialist II and previously as an Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of retail operations, such as staffing, planning, training, and loss prevention. Notably, Dan executed new store setups alongside team members within tight timelines. Prior experience includes serving as an Executive Team Leader at Target from July 2005 to May 2008, focusing on overnight replenishment in a high-volume store. Additionally, Dan worked as an Operations Manager at Farr's Hallmark Stationers from 1987 to 2005, driving business growth through local marketing and networking. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix and has studied Business Management at CSU Long Beach.
