Erik Di Nonno has extensive experience in loss prevention, having served as the Loss Prevention Manager for Kohl's Department Stores since February 2009, where responsibilities included optimizing logistics-based LP programs and leading challenging operational stores to achieve record productivity and reduced inventory shortages. Earlier roles at Kohl's included Loss Prevention Supervisor and Officer, as well as a Loss Prevention Manager at Kmart Corporation. Erik's background also encompasses public service as a Volunteer Firefighter/EMT-Basic with Levittown Fire District and training as a Police Recruit with the United States Park Police. Erik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Molloy University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics Management at Bellevue University.
