Erik Di Nonno has extensive experience in loss prevention, having served as the Loss Prevention Manager for Kohl's Department Stores since February 2009, where responsibilities included optimizing logistics-based LP programs and leading challenging operational stores to achieve record productivity and reduced inventory shortages.
