Luke Robinson

Luke Robinson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate transactions and litigation. Currently serving as the Director & Senior Counsel for Corporate Transactional at Harbor Freight Tools since February 2014, Luke oversees the Contracts Team, providing strategic direction and legal counsel across various departments. Prior experience includes a law clerk position in the LA District Attorney Major Crimes Division, where legal research and litigation strategy support were key responsibilities. Additionally, Luke contributed to the LA City Ethics Commission by analyzing legislative provisions. Luke holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Biola University.
