Yara M. has extensive experience in workers' compensation management, serving in various roles at Harbor Freight Tools since December 2011, including Workers Compensation Claims Manager, Workers Compensation Supervisor, and Workers Compensation Specialist I. Prior to this, Yara M. worked at PFS Investments from February 2009 to December 2012 as Financial Services DM. Yara M. holds a degree in Human Resources Management and Services (PHR) from the University of Santa Barbara and has also pursued education at Oxnard College.
