Renee Evans

Renee Evans is an experienced asset manager with a robust background in property and operations management within the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as Asset Manager at Harbor Group International since July 2021, Renee previously held the position of General Manager at CBRE, where the role involved overseeing the transition of 200 Public Square to DRA Advisors LLC. Prior to that, Renee was General Manager at Harbor Group, managing a prominent 1.3 million square foot Class A office building and garage in Cleveland's central business district for over 13 years. Additional experience includes property management roles at National City Bank, Prime Group Realty Trust, Blackstone Properties, and Heitman, as well as earlier positions in operations management and project management. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Purdue University.
