Jessica Ramos

Jessica Ramos, CAM, has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager at Harbor Group Management Company since October 2013. Known for creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for residents, visitors, and property associates, Jessica maintains high occupancy rates and maximizes rental income. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as Property Manager at Harbor Group from September 2012 to February 2013 and at Great Atlantic Property Management from January 2008 to September 2012, where responsibilities included supervising and training property associates and conducting performance evaluations. Jessica holds an education credential from Alpha College of Real Estate obtained in 2013 and a high school diploma from Princess Anne High School, completed in 1998.
