Roshaundra Ellington

RoShaundra Ellington is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Harbor Group Management Company since April 2022. In this role, RoShaundra leads strategic HR planning and talent management initiatives, while also developing crisis management plans to ensure continuity during critical incidents. Prior to this, RoShaundra held various positions at the City of Newport News, including Leave and Benefits Coordinator and Executive Office Administrator to the City Manager. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Samuel I. White, P.C., and as an Executive Assistant/Paralegal. RoShaundra holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo.
