Frank Nino

Frank Nino, MBA, currently serves as the Regional Practice Manager at Harbor Health since April 2023. Previously, Frank held positions as Operations Manager at The Oncology Institute from May 2022 to April 2023, and Center Manager at MedPost Urgent Care from June 2018 to June 2022. Frank’s extensive experience in healthcare includes a notable role as Cardiopulmonary Director at Laredo Medical Center, where recognition was received as Ancillary Manager of the Year in 2006, along with the implementation of Inhaled Nitric Oxide therapy for the NICU in April 2013. Earlier in the career, Frank worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Christus Spohn Health System from November 2009 to June 2022. Frank earned an MBA in Health Care Administration from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Capella University and an Associate of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy from Independence University.
